Home Therapy Across Singapore.
Our Therapists Come to You.
Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and lymphoedema therapy, delivered in your own home — for babies, children, adults and older adults. No clinic to travel to, no waiting room.
Tell us what you need. We’ll match you with an AHPC-registered therapist for your situation.
Physiotherapy · Occupational Therapy · Speech Therapy · Lymphoedema Therapy
Four therapy services, all delivered at home
Choose one, or combine them — many of our clients see more than one therapist.
Physiotherapy
Movement, strength and balance work after surgery, injury, stroke or a fall — and developmental physiotherapy for babies and children. Your therapist works with the stairs, floors and furniture you actually use.
Occupational Therapy
Practical support for everyday activities: dressing, bathing, cooking, returning to work, school readiness and handwriting. We assess your home as it is and adapt the task to the person.
Speech Therapy
Assessment and therapy for speech, language, communication and swallowing — from late-talking toddlers to adults recovering from stroke.
Lymphoedema Therapy
Specialised management of swelling after cancer treatment, surgery or lymph node removal, including manual lymphatic drainage, compression guidance and self-management you can maintain at home.
Home therapy for every stage of life
Therapy Connect works with people of all ages across Singapore. If you are not sure whether we can help with your situation, message us and ask.
Adults recovering from surgery, illness or injury
Post-operative rehabilitation, hospital discharge, deconditioning and return to daily activities.
Living with lymphoedema
Swelling after breast, gynaecological or other cancer treatment, surgery or lymph node removal.
Neurological conditions
Stroke, Parkinson's, and other conditions affecting movement, communication or daily function.
Older adults
Falls, balance, mobility and staying independent at home for longer.
People with mobility difficulties
Anyone for whom travelling to a clinic is painful, exhausting or simply not practical.
Babies, children and teenagers
Development, movement, play, communication and school-related skills.
Why therapy at home works better for most people
Therapy happens where life happens
Your therapist sees the real stairs, the real bathroom, the real chair you struggle to get out of — and works on those, not a gym version of them.
No travel, no waiting room
No taxi with a walking frame, no car park, no sitting in a clinic in pain. Therapy starts the moment we arrive.
Easier when moving is the problem
For anyone with pain, fatigue, poor balance or limited mobility, getting to a clinic can cost more than the session gives back.
Families and caregivers can take part
A domestic helper, spouse or parent can join the session and learn the exercises properly, so the right thing is being done between visits.
Practice built around your day
Exercises are fitted into what you already do — getting dressed, getting up from the sofa, mealtimes, school routines — so they actually get done.
Familiar surroundings, calmer sessions
Children, older adults and anyone who finds clinics stressful tend to engage more at home.
How it works
01 — Message us on WhatsApp
Tell us who the therapy is for, what's happening, and where in Singapore you are. A few sentences is enough.
02 — We understand what you need
We ask a few questions about the condition, the goals and the home environment — and tell you honestly if home therapy is not the right fit.
03 — We match the right therapist
You are matched with a therapist whose training fits your situation, not simply whoever is free.
04 — Therapy starts at your home
Your therapist arrives with what's needed for the session, assesses, and builds a plan with you.
Why families and patients choose Therapy Connect
Four disciplines, one point of contact
Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and lymphoedema therapy under one team. If your needs change, or you need two therapists, you do not start again with a new provider.
Therapist matching, not therapist roulette
We match on clinical fit — the therapist who suits a post-stroke adult is not the one who suits a two-year-old.
Island-wide, with no travel charge
We cover all of Singapore, and we do not add a travel surcharge for any location. Wherever you live, the price is the price.
AHPC-registered therapists
Every physiotherapist, occupational therapist and speech therapist on our team is registered with Singapore's Allied Health Professions Council and holds a valid practising certificate.
Common questions about home therapy
All of Singapore. Our therapists travel island-wide, so wherever you live — HDB, condo or landed — we can come to you, and there is no travel surcharge for any location.
In most cases, no. You can arrange home therapy with us directly — just message us and tell us what you need. If your situation is one where we would need a referral or medical clearance from your doctor first, we will tell you before we arrange a visit.
Your therapist brings the portable equipment needed for your sessions. Where something larger would help, we’ll tell you what it is, whether it’s worth it, and where to get it — we never require you to buy anything to start.
We issue a tax invoice for every session, which you can submit to your insurer if your policy covers therapy — it is worth checking with them what they need, as some insurers ask for a doctor’s referral even when we don’t.
Not sure which therapy you need?
That’s a normal place to start. Send us a WhatsApp message describing what’s happening, and we’ll tell you which therapy fits — or tell you if we’re not the right service for it.
